Stefani completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College, and her Master of Social Work from Catholic University of America. She has a Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) license in the state of Maryland.

Her professional experience encompasses providing psychotherapeutic services through psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, employment counseling, case management, and coordination of care for individuals, groups, families, military personnel, and incarcerated youth and adults.

Stefani is a licensed minister. Her ministry experience encompasses Christian mentoring/discipleship for women; biblical teaching/inspirational speaking at numerous churches, businesses, and organizations; and service on various ministries such as: discipleship and bible teaching ministries, youth ministry, prison ministry, and small group ministry.
